Shipping costs are FREE.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response for any inquiries during normal business days.

Currently, all products are special order and our lead time is 4-5 weeks. Be aware some products may come sooner or later depending on vendor availability & inventory.

RETURN POLICY

All products sold are considered final sale(s) and will NOT be eligible for a return. Please email alexisbeyondtheframe@gmail.com if you have any issues with your order. Refunds can be provided if the product arrives to the final customer damaged, defaced, or defective. Should you receive a product that is damaged, defaced, or defective you must contact Beyond the Frame, LLC within 48 hours to receive a refund. You may be asked to provide proof and may be asked to return the product(s) at no cost to you in order to receive a refund.

CANCELATION POLICY

An order can be canceled if the product has not been sent out for shipping. Once the product is with the transit company you cannot cancel the order.
